They are hand made from red satin on blue organza. I've embellished the wider keepsake garter with my signature bow in yellow and red with a sparkly rhinestone on a soft red marabou puff. The thinner tossing garter also features the same bow. I made appliques from the fabric shown and applied one to each garter. Your garters will be professionally finished in a French seam so there are no raw edges. All the ribbon ends & logos appliqies are sealed to prevent fraying.
