Q: Are the seams flat on the inside of the shirt? I am really sensitive to thick seams, especially on a longer run to hike.

No thick seams. It's comfortable.

Hello! I love these shirts! Maintenance free! I am 5’6” and 148 lbs. I tried an extra large and a XxL and they were too big. The XL fits I just wanted a little more fitted look. Length is a little large for all sizes. My bust is a38 D but can get into a C on occasion . The large fit me the best because I wanted a little more dotted but fits well. The hips are fine in all the sizes. The shirts arrive the next day with prime and refunds are easy. Good Luck
