I was unable to take these because they upset my stomach. I had quite a bit of bloating and stomach upset. I quit taking them ( because they were the last change I had made to my diet ) and the stomach problems went away. After a few weeks I tried them again, and again I had stomach problems. This is actually consistent with the side effects of one more more of the ingredients. They may or may not work, I just could not take them to find out.

Was SO hopeful due to ingredients, but made me deathly ill, both times I took. Will be tossing as far from me as possible. May or may not hit the garbage recepticle. Dratz!

I was so sad when my body said "oh no girl" to these supplements. It made me so nauseous and physically puke. Not to mention they are Huge Horse pills. This may be the supplement for you, but my body didn't care for it.

Good, natural ingredients work together to keep me calm. I have had a very stressful year dealing with aging parents and this is helping keep my stress levels down. I am trying to avoid meds and so far have been able to do so.

I have been taking this for a little over a week now and it’s really good! It arrived quickly and will package. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. They don’t bother my stomach. I feel just an overall sense of more calm since taking these!

These pills are a pretty nice size, and you take two. I didn’t find them hard to swallow, but if you have difficulty taking pills, these will be difficult. I noticed after a week I was less sad and anxious. I’m almost 3 months post baby and have anxiety and get overwhelmed at times. About 3 weeks in I do still get overwhelmed and anxious when major things happen, but I’m finding myself more positive. I’m able to take on an empty stomach with no issues. I’m interested in continued use as an everyday vitamin.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!
