Great wax
So I have been getting bikini waxes at the salon for a few years now and decided to save money and do it at home. I've tried the cheaper stuff like Sally Hansen and that pretty much just ripped off skin and like 3 hairs, no joke. This wax is awesome! I do have to go over the areas a few times and pluck the tiny hairs, but be patient and with practice it will be as effective as going to the salon, leaving skin completely bare. The trick is having the patience to make sure the wax is dry enough while still pliable. If you start to pull on it and it stretches even a little, it's both going to hurt more and not take off as much hair (but obviously don't wait until it's completely solid either). It does hurt, but this is waxing ladies! If you wax every month, it should be almost painless though. About the wax getting everywhere. I haven't had the problem of it ruining any clothes or anything. I make sure after I dip the stick in the wax to scrape off the wax on one side and kind of flick the stick to cut off and catch those little flyaway wax strands. It'll still be a little messy, but a contained messy. Also, when heating it. What I do is I heat it for about a minute, (depending on the microwave) enough to let that top layer of wax soften. It's pretty dangerous to heat it for a shorter period of time and to have to jab the top layer. That's where you get the problem of hot wax squirting into your eye. It's better to overheat the wax so you don't have to press so hard to get to the soft wax. Even if it gets too hot, you can let it cool for a few minutes making sure to stir it once in a while to avoid uneven cooling. All in all, I am so happy with this product. It is really effective and worth the price. And just think about it, even if it is a little more expensive than the other waxes, it totally works and if you use it for say bikinis all the time you can get at least 3 uses out of one bottle that costs less than half of one visit to the salon.

This product works great! Just remember you MUST use the GiGi - Pre Epilation Oil before applying this wax, if you do use the Oil the wax will NOT come off easily. I have been using this for years.

Great
Great, easy to use, if unavoidably painful. Waxing just hurts. That's all to say. At least I can do on my own at home.

Stay. Away. Far, far away..
I finally, finally managed to get off the small test patches. Thank goodness I did that first. It's nearly impossible to remove. Way too gooey and doesn't harden enough to sufficiently grab an edge.

Knock off...
This was obviously a knock off of the actual Gigi stuff. Killed my microwave trying to hear it up! Don't buy!!

Love this Wax
I used to go to the beauty place to get waxed but always had to deal with outlandish prices and a feeling of not know how clean it all was. Then while helping a friend move she told me about GiGi products and gave me what was left in her kit so she wouldn't have to pack it. After trying it a few times I discovered the trick, following directions! If you heat it too quickly it becomes brittle and if you apply it while it is too cool it goes on too thick. Then you must wait for it to cool completely and wham, hold your breath, pull the skin taunt and yank at an even angle not at a random one. Now I'm in my third container and I love it. I know how clean it is because I'm applying it, and I can do it before bed. No more annoying bumps, no bruising, and no infections. Awesome product.
