I’m so used to getting clothes that are two small that I don’t trust the size guides. I rely on reviews to decide which size to get. This time it.backfired. I ordered and xl, I normally wear large. The XL was huge, so I returned. And reordered the large. So the size guide is accurate and you should order the normal size you wear. The tanks are nice quality and feel really soft and conferable. A great buy if you get the right size

Pretty top but too big, I bought the smallest size they had and needed it to be tight on my body to show my abs but it's too big and baggy, hopefully it tighten up after I wash it...

The colors are vibrant and they help you stay cool during the heat. I have various styles of these same shirts and like them all.

the fabric feels the best, kind of smooth so if you don't like it rubbing while running or working out, buy a smaller size. I wear 44r in suits and with rounded shoulders and athletic build, chest arms back, I went with the XL. ALSO - the heather colors look girlie. stylish but soft compared to the solid colors
