520mg sodium in Gluten Free, 500 mg Sodium in regular cups

pretty sure its the regular ingredients they put in the regular cups just less since its gluten free

How many 1 cup servings are there like for instance after you cook it up does it equal a full cup like in a measuring cup or less?

It's 1 cup, but honestly your if you go by a measuring cup, it's going to be affected by batch - a couple orders ago, I got a batch that didn't cook well at all and it probably wasn't a cup.

Even the pickiest eater will like this gluten free version!

Got these for my 10 year old great-nephew who is Type 1 Diabetic, has Celiac, and is autistic. These passed the test and met his approval. He is very picky and doesn’t notice a difference between these and the regular. They are very easy to prepare and I think a good value for the money for a gluten free fun food.

Love these can't get enough of them!

love these things....I'm a nearly 60 year old male, and eat two of these cups as a side. Could I just make it on the stove? Sure, but it's a pain and I haven't used my stove in a very long time. This is a good alternative. Easy to make, wish they had big cups that were two in one, but regardless, I mix it up between this one and the one with the foil liquid cheese packs. Both are amazing! Just like if you had made it on the stove without the issue of prep, cook, cleanup. 2 cups, 5.5 minutes in the microwave, and it's perfect! Too dry? Add a few drops of water and it'll be perfect!

Super easy for dad to keep on hand in his room at assisted living.

I bought these for my dad for when he had to have six teeth pulled and needed soft food. He lives in assisted living and needed something he could microwave. Same classic mac, just a different vessel. He was happy, I'm happy.
