Q: Does this collar hold up well? I bought a similar one last year and the reflective strip has come loose.

I purchased this collar last month and it has held up very well. It arrived weeks before it was expected ( original delivery date was August 20). The reflective strip is more like a 3m ribbon and the embroidery is over that ribbon. Honestly, I wasn’t sure about the quality when I ordered. But this is a great collar. I have ordered more!

Q: Anyone else not receive their collars?

Same -- ordered March 19th. As of May 14th, it only says "delayed" -- I've contacted the seller. This was to be my 2nd collar from these folks -- the first one was fine, lasted over a year on a rambunctious dog.

Q: Do you make a version for cats?

This is not a cat collar. Cats need quick release collars. This is so when they get caught on things they(and they will) they hopefully can get free.

Q: I am wondering how long for shipping? is the seller located within the us?

The items ships from China (so I learned after I purchased). You will be at the mercy of US Customs. No one can predict when it will actually arrive at your door. Purchase somewhere else.
