The quality of the product is very good, flavour is also very good plus the results are also good but the only issue is that mixability is not that good. It’s a good protein for beginners. The taste is also good. If you are not sure about the flavour, please buy the unflavoured one. I personally like vanilla. I see a lot of people complaining and posting videos about the powder not mixing properly with cold milk and whatnot. Please don’t act like an idiot. Use a proper shaker with a spring ball that breaks down the lumps. It’s protein powder, not bournvita that you’re trying to mix it in a steel glass with a spoon or fork. Protein powder contains amino acids and some of them are hydrophobic. Ergo, lumps will be created if you’re not using a proper shaker. Protein is best absorbed when consumed with water instead of milk or any other liquid. Again, please don’t be an idiot. The product is pretty good for beginners.
