Boomer Nutrition Whey Protein and Energy Powder Designed for 40 Plus Adults, Vanilla, 2 Pound

As someone who isn't getting any younger (despite what my friends might want me to believe!) I value a product that's made with my best interests in mind. When I came across Boomer Nutrition Protein Energy, I was immediately interested. From everything I read, it seemed like this is a protein powder product not necessarily built for hardcore athletes, but for aging bodies like mine to keep us in good health. This is great because I know I need something a little extra, but don't feel like I'm old enough yet that I need to be drinking Ensure or similar products.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the taste of this protein powder is comparable to some of the better brands that I've tasted, even on it's own. When mixed in as part of a smoothie with fruits, oats or other ingredients it also works very nicely. The powder is easy to mix, and at 20g of protein per serving it gives me the protein supplementation I need. The added vitamins and minerals are great, and since using the product I have definitely noticed that I've felt more energized overall and less fatigued on a day-to-day basis, especially at the end of a long day.I would highly recommend Boomer Nutrition protein products to anybody like me who may be looking for a good protein supplement specifically designed for active but aging bodies. As far as I can tell, this is a unique product and there aren't many options on the market!

Its ok but a little disappointed on its over all taste.

Finally a protein powder that isn't chalky! It also doesn't leave that horrible after taste that most protein powders do. It kept me full for longer and mixed easily in a shaker cup. For an added "kick" I added frozen strawberries to the vanilla and it tasted like a milkshake without the guilt! Will definitely buy again especially as I am in the age category that it is designed for. It's about time a company started thinking about us Boomers!

Very nice smooth consistency to the shakes I make w/ almond milk. No strange after or during taste. I can't attest to noticing any difference in the way I feel-the Boomer part, but it's a good tasting product that keeps me full for at least 4 hours.

What I like the best about this is that I have a scoop in a glass of almond milk in the morning for a breakfast replacement and it keeps me full feeling til way afternoon.

This is hands down THE WORST protein powder I have EVER tasted. I tried everything to make this disgusting chunky garbage taste good. I even mixed it half with a powder I like and I still can't stomach it. I am a trainer and drink 2-3 shakes a day to keep energy up for my hours and hours of training so I have tried them all. This is far and away the worst and most disgusting. I tried a blender and an immersion blender to grind up the little bits with no success. They are like little bits of plastic. SO DISGUSTING! Stay away!
