1. This is a plastic pencil, so parts of it will crack.2. The lead advances by twisting the pencil which makes it awkward and difficult to advance the lead while you're writing.3. Quite often the lead advances when you don't want it to.4. When the lead gets down to an inch long you have to remove it because it doesn't advance at all. That's very wasteful.5. They have new Cross click pencils that work much better.6. The clips break very easily.7. The plastic cracks at the middle within a few weeks of daily use. :(8. Cross's warranty doesn't really cover anything. They charge $20 to ship it back to them and then they can't replace it. They just offer a cheaper substitute. Not much of a warranty.Get the Cross Nile click pencil. Much sturdier (metal as opposed to cheap plastic) and it's a click pencil, not twist. It's also much cheaper.
