I love this and put an overall five stars, but if the lag bolts don't line up with the header or studs, then a secondary bracket is necessary. I screwed sheet metal from a sign to the studs and got lag bolts coming back out of that to attach the rail. It was a piece of work. I'm sure somebody out there has attached this to plaster or drywall with the anchors, but I expect that would come back down off the wall without a bracket. For cement walls or if there are woods structures that line up, though, this is a cinch. The hardware feels very sturdy and the wood is nicely selected, filled, and sanded, so there are no problems in those areas, which is why I went with five stars, and I'm happy with it.

The door was easy to put together and is very nice wood. It fit perfectly in the space we bought it for. Very sturdy and solid. And super quick shipping!

This door was easy to assemble. The pre-made parts fit together easily and the door was sturdy. Once fully assembled. It painted well. We're very happy with our purchase

You sure better utube the building of the door. You need to put 1/16 in spacers between each board or you will have a gab at the bottom... and put a touch of glue where the boards meet the frame before removing spacers or the boards will shift.... other than those issues it’s a great door for the money

We couldn’t find the right size barn doors so these kits were perfect and much cheaper than from Home Depot or lowes. We painted so the gaps showed a bit but I wanted rustic look so it worked
