The good: works great. Clear sound, no background noise and plugs directly into my phone or computer. Reasonably comfortable and lightweight. I prefer wired headphones as I am on the phone all day for work, and I don't have to worry about battery issues or losing an ear bud. They seem sturdy and well constructed. The not so great: The box arrived damaged and it was clearly an open box. I can't tell if it was used or not, but it was definitely an open box and not packaged correctly. I know amazon has a reputation for being a clearinghouse for this kind of thing, and you always take a chance, but it was a great price and the product works well and appears undamaged, so I'm keeping them.

Perfect color. They are comfortable to wear. Ear cushions are very soft. Sound quality is great. They function good. Noise cancellation is easy and quick. Price was good. Easy to connect with USB connect.

Works great and a good value for the price. People can hear me clearly and much better than when I use the computer microphone. However, they are not bunny proof. I had to buy three of them recently because my rabbit can sever the cord in a split second and they can't be repaired. I now guard the last one very carefully.

The length of the cord is not too long and definitely not short because I can move around while I pace on calls during meetings. I had my hubby create this little video of how to get it set up and test the mic and audio. No real issues with connectivity at all. I know it's a little long but I hope its helpful to someone. Lastly, these headphones are a perfect blend of style, comfort, and function. They've made my workday much more comfortable and enjoyable. Although I'm not a gamer, I highly recommend this brand and these headphones.

I am beyond happy with these headphones! I've struggled with finding the right earbuds but when I saw the headphones, and the label mentioned "logitech", I knew I could trust them. I love the quality of the sound, they are so comfortable on my ears, I really can't say enough about them. I'm in my 80s and was about to give up trying to hear when on my computer. If you're also tired of being able to hear while on your computer, you don't need to worry. Logitech is the way to go. I love them so much!!
