Great Headset for Work and Meetings
This is actually my third Logitech H390, and I keep coming back to it because it just works. The sound is very clean and clear, and I’ve never had any issues using it for my Teams meetings. The microphone works well, and I like that I don’t have to worry about connection or compatibility problems. It’s also very comfortable to wear for long meetings, and the volume controls are conveniently located right on the headset. For the price, I think it’s an excellent value. Simple, reliable, comfortable, and great for everyday work use. Highly recommended!

Lasted a year, great mic, would buy again
Second pair and still 5 stars.Light, comfortable, and they fit over my baseball cap while I work online. Last pair lasted about a year until I yanked the ear cups too far apart and snapped the plastic. That’s on me, not the design. Don’t stretch them wide when putting them on or off.Mic is excellent. People I talk to say I sound clear with no background noise. I’ll buy another pair if these break. Great price! Great product!

For Remote Workers - Reliable, Affordable and Ready to Work
I picked this up specifically for work-from-home call handling and I have to say, for the price it really delivers. Setup could not be simpler - plug the USB in and you are ready to go. No drivers, no complicated software, no fuss. The sound quality on both ends is clear and consistent. Calls come through cleanly and the noise-cancelling microphone does a decent job of keeping background noise out, which matters a lot when you are on calls all day. The mic boom is adjustable and tucks out of the way when you do not need it, which is a nice touch. The in-line controls are genuinely useful - being able to mute or adjust the volume without touching the computer keeps things smooth, especially mid-call. The mute light is also a helpful visual reminder so you always know where you stand.Comfort-wise it holds up well over long hours. The headband and ear cushions are not premium but they are not uncomfortable either. The in-line control unit is a little bulky and can feel heavy on the cable if you do not clip it somewhere, but it is a minor gripe. The rigid left-sided mic boom is moveable and tucks away when not in use, which I appreciate when switching between calls and other tasks.Basically, if you need a reliable, no-drama headset for remote work and video calls, this one gets the job done without breaking the bank. Would recommend.

Work headphones
The headphones fit well, a touch snug but better after wearing them. Sound is great but I had to turn the volume down as some sounds were too loud. I bought these for work, I take calls all day long and I’m very happy with them! Great value for the price. I highly recommend. These plug into my laptop so no need to worry about charging them.

A tale of two Logitech Headphones. H390 is a winner at a fraction of the cost of the Zone Wired.
I bought two Logitech headset models for work use (with Microsoft Teams). The models were Logitech Zone "Wired USB" version ($115.00) which is "MS Teams certified" and Logitech Headset H390 ($29.95).Maybe I'm crazy but I like / prefer the sound, fit, feel and long term comfort of the lower priced H390 headset. Both claim to be Noise Cancelling.PROS of the H390 model:Has a warm sound but is not lacking trebleMicrophone has a gutsy pickupDelivers music playback surprisingly well!Noise Cancelling may be superior to the Zone!! (even with air conditioner 2.5 feet away!)Good volume oomph! (i.e strong microphone pickup & output, strong headphone speaker volume). It has a normal, standard sized, USB "A" plug. (Thank You!!! Thank You!!!)---------- Vs. -----------Logitech "Zone" (wired version)* Way more money* They ship it with a USB-C type plug (I later found a Logitech provided tiny adapter that converts it to USB-A end plug). My personal bias: I don't consider USB-C to a hardy connector. It's (to me) the unfortunate wave of the future. Yes I know all of it's feature improvments, I personally just don't like it. Had I noticed it was USB-C, I would not have ordered it.* The Zone plays stereo music back but music sounds better to me on the cheaper (H390) model.* The cord on the Zone has this woven outer skin wrap that resembles "cordura" (the nylon backpack woven fabric material) that has the effect of creating microphonics whenever it inevitably rubs against my shirt (yes I'm using the little clamp provided on the cord - no difference). In short - physical rubbing (when you move) your shirt or your body against the outer cord material can be heard as a raspiness (like grrr / rrrr) in the headphones and it's annoying to me. It sets my teeth on edge. Some many not notice or be bothered by this, it bugs the hell out of me.WHAT'S GOOD ABOUT THE LOGITECH ZONE?* Uhh it looks cooler. It has the visual cool factor.* It has more treble, it's clear and refined...YET... I cannot say that, overall, it has the most balanced sound - especially for long hours of wearing.* The noise cancelling on the Zone works, I think, but noise cancelling success seems to be more immediately apparent to me when using the H390.MY VERY BIASED OPINION OF THE "ZONE WIRED" FOLLOWS, OK? YMMVIf you:1) Need headphones with a USB "Type C" male plug as your native, out of the box , connector...2) Want to look cool wearing a headphone with more modern styling3) Want to unnecessarily part with an additional $90 dollars4) Don't value long term comfort.5) Don't need the ability to listen to music enjoyably in your off time (due to a fuller range warm and balanced sound)6) Can live with the fact that the inline mute switch is not hardy and the flexible surface skin of the switch will quickly deteriorate...Then nothing is stopping you from ordering the Logitech Zone.Yes, I know that music playback is not a primary focus of these headsets, that may have been a low blow. For my ears and body the lower priced Logitech H390 delivers the audio and comfort goods for way less money. To be fair: Some people with different head types may do better with the Zone. My head is medium to larger sized. My PC is Windows 10, both headsets were discovered immediately once plugged in.MORAL OF MY STORY: Spending more money does not necessarily deliver better outcomes. Sometimes it merely delivers "cachet", bragging rights and complication.ADDENDUM: 8-28-2020: I am returning this Logitech Zone headset as the plastic cover for the inline Mute switch is degrading at an accelerated rate after very little use. I added this issue above to the reveiw.

Mediocre headset that is stiff on the ears.
Decent cheap headset, okay sound quality… not great, stiff on the ears. Snags when changing mic position. Good thing is that it is cheap.

Great at canceling out Mic Background noise
These headphones do a really great job of canceling out background noise while talking on the mic. I was having issues with a few other pairs of headphones picking up people in my background due to working in an open desk environment. I've had zero issues in meetings ever since I started using this headset. The sound is also really clear, and the headset is comfortable.I definitely recommend these to anyone who's having issues with background noise during their meetings.

Excellent cheap gaming/general use headset
These are my favorite headphones. This is a re-purchase after wearing a pair I received as a gift to death.I am not an audiophile. To be honest I can barely hear the difference between these and my boyfriend's $300 Sennheisers. That doesn't mean there isn't a difference - there is absolutely a massive one. It just doesn't bother me. If sound quality is your biggest concern, be prepared to spend a lot more than you would here. For non-audiophile gaming, listening to music, conversations, and so on, these are perfectly adequate. They have directional sound so you can always tell who's shooting at you, and sufficient sound quality to be able to hear all the different parts of the orchestra, even if it's not as crisp and balanced as a more expensive headset.Comfort is the biggest one for me. I wear these headphones anywhere between 6 and 13 hours a day with minimal breaks. When new these were a little tight but they broke in quickly and now are comfortable. My ears never feel pinched and the extremely light design never makes my head tired.Another aspect is that I don't like to be shut off from things going on around me. These obviously block some sound and I do have to take them off if I need to focus on a conversation, but I can talk to people comfortably with them on. And also be able to hear the rain outside, people and pets moving around in the kitchen, and so on.The mic is fairly decent quality. Again, it's nothing like the infinitely superior standalone mics. You wouldn't want to make professional-ish youtube videos or do voice acting with this mic. For gaming, online conversations, skype, streaming, and so on, where the quality expectations are lower, it's absolutely sufficient. The only complaint I ever have about my voice online is that it is too loud, and I think that's just me. :) I'm comfortable with how my voice sounds in recordings, as well. It just isn't as good as the sound you get from a $60-120 standalone mic, but again, if that's what you're looking for, you're not going to get it with $30.Build quality and quality assurance are fantastic, as one would expect from Logitech. Like I said I wore my first pair to death. I don't remember when I got it but it had to have been at least 6 years ago, and I use these very heavily and am not careful with them (many drops to the floor, liquid spills, yanks on the cable, and so on). The final failure point was the usb cable - it got to the point where I had to tape the cable in a very specific position in order to get sound out of both ears, and I decided to replace it. At that point the foam ear cups were also coming apart and leaving little bits of black plastic everywhere. However, they were still functional and I have them in my closet as an emergency backup. The one part that's a little less durable is the headband. It's adjustable and has little clicky bits to hold it at the right place. I find that it doesn't stay in the right place and slowly slips down (when it's new, it doesn't do this, but after a few months it starts to slip down). At first you'll find you're re-adjusting them every few weeks, but eventually you have to do it a few times a week. Not a big deal especially considering the price.

Highly recommended budget headset!!
It fits nice, it is light weight, plug and play, very good noise canceling mic. I have played music from my phone at max volume a meter away from me and it is not heard on computer recording. Really worth to buy highly recommended budget headset.

Gutes Headset
