I bought this iPhone mount after taking delivery of my model Y and I have been using it all the time. It's very easy to install and I did it without scratching any part of the dashboard. That was about 8 months ago. It continues to automatically open and close the mounting arms; however, it stopped charging my iPhone. After contacting Amazon, I was directed to contact the manufacturer (Kikimo) directly. With no further question after my explanation, they agreed to send me a replacement. A brand new one arrived through Amazon delivery after a few days. I can't ask for more for this kind of customer service!!

I received a obviously returned unit. It had super glue on it so it was no longer adjustable to different positions. Also it was missing the iPhone connector piece. Terrible quality control on this product.

It has become very easy to hold phone in my Tesla now, earlier i had holder that goes on the side of the screen and that normally blocks small part of the screen as well (speed will hidden then). But now with this, it always charge my phone plus shows on left side clearly. If you are left handy, it works like a charm but if you righty then you might get use to type. Overall, solid buy and loving it.

Well packaged and installs in a great spot, out of the way and easy to see. "Fast" wireless charging works well using a USB QC3 12v adapter (not included) on my galaxy s21+. No issues with my OtterBox case either.

I bought a carbon fiber trim piece and this does not fit with that on.
