I have to do regular exercises on a mat for an injury. While living overseas I had a larger, thicker version of this. I couldn’t find one the same size in the UK but this seems to have been made in the same place just with a logo stamped on it. If, like me, you’re a little taller than average then the extra length and width of this mat make it far easier to live with than most. The added thickness also means less pressure on knees and elbows when they’re taking your weight. For me, both of those things are a must unless I want to injure myself. Unlike some other large mats this one doesn’t slip around on hard floors, which I’m pretty sure is down to the material. The only downside is that I can already tell this isn’t as durable as the thicker version I had once upon a time and will probably need replacing in a couple of years, but so far it’s been almost perfect.

The quality is okay, but overpriced for what you get!

Rutscht auch auf glatten Fliesen nicht und hat so ein wichtiges Sicherheitsmerkmal für dynamische Übungen. Ist ausreichend groß. Die Matte ist darüber hinaus ein guter Kompromiss zwischen weicher und fester Unterlage. Kleines Manko: das Muster ist leicht schräg auf der rechteckigen Matte. Dennoch 5 Sterne.

Ottimo tappetino. Molto comodo.

The dimensions are satisfactory and the Anti-Slip attribute of both sides is suberb in my opinion.
