The flavor is NASTY!!!!!
For a pre-workout, there is no pump nor accelerated blood flow that most others give you. The berry flavor is not good at all. For as long as I have used this, I have not noticed any difference from not using anything at all. Not worth the money IMO.

I love this product so much, its like a light prework out so it works great to wake me up in the morning. It does feel like my recovery has shortened when taking this. Great product that’s worth the money
