My three-year old daughter is really into "siren things" and loves all the details this book includes.

My 2 1/2 year old boys love this book. It is pitched at just the right level for preschoolers with nothing frightening or gory inside but with plenty of interesting details for them. I would say there are probably 4 or 5 sentences on each double page. It is a pleasant story involving the meerkat ambulance crew as they rescue a driver who crashed his car into a tree. There is even a fire engine that comes along to help cut the car door off. Highlights for my boys included a traffic jam (ambulance needs siren and lights to get through!), loading the car driver onto a stretcher and cutting the door off the car. Since this book was published in 2013 it is all up to date and even shows the ambulance driver programming the accident location into his GPS (no paper maps needed in this story!).

Brilliant for motor-mad 3-year-olds.

My 3 year old grandson really loved this book . He keeps asking me to read it to him . Lovely illustration.

My 2 year old nephew LOVES these books! He's very into his 'ne-naw' vehicles and these books are just perfect!
