This is exactly what I wanted from my protein powder, clean ingredients. If you buy this expecting a milk shake, then you've come to the wrong place. I hope pro-mix keeps this quality level up, and doesn't listen to the crowd demanding milk shake like taste, there is no magic, if you add tons of sweeteners and sugar - it will ruin the product for folks like me.

This is worth it for the stripped down and high quality ingredient list. Don't expect it to mix or taste like the ones filled with synthetic crap. Manage your expectation and appreciate that this only has what it needs to fuel you and nothing else. When mixing, add a small amount of liquid first and shake. Then add more and shake again. It will be smooth if you do it this way. Like incorporating a roux for you culinarians. The taste is eh with water but actually really good with milk. I will definitely buy again. I'm hoping they make a 10 lb bag for chocolate peanut butter soon. I also now use their creatine and collagen peptides with great results. You get what you pay for.

Wow, finally found a clean protein powder with no artificial sweeteners! This really tastes delicious and blends well with water or milk. I have been looking for this type of product in stores a few years ago when my 85 year old father in law needed to take in more protein, but couldn’t find any. I purchased the chocolate isolate for my 88 year old father, but I wanted to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor. I thought it would have a more stronger peanut butter flavor but actually it’s a nice mix with the chocolate flavor. Smooth and no chalky taste! It also helps to make me feel full, so I snack less. I would definitely recommend to others!

This stuff is different, and I am still aligning to those differences. The reason why I went with these guys is simple: I wanted clean protein without sucralose or aspartame. That's evidently a pretty small market. Between the few I found, I went with Promix this time as the other vendor wasn't offering what I wanted. Bullet points: -This stuff mixes well. No clumps, no grit. -The serving is 2 scoops vs other (granted less clean) brands one scoop. So while the jar is HUGE, it's kinda deceptive. Had I looked at the label, this isn't a hidden thing. -The flavor is light. If you've ever had a "Hint" water beverage, that's about the closest approximation I can give you. There is a subtle taste of cocoa and roasted peanuts, but it's at the very back end of it. Zero sweet, or perhaps I should say the beverage is neutral...not bitter (as cocoa IMO tends to be) nor sweet. Hope that helps the next person.

I used to love this stuff, but with regards to my last order with them: Every bag is full of super gritty, borderline rancid crap. I have to believe they do not have a quality control department, or if they do then they are inept and should be fired. Cancelling my subscription.
