2013 Kia Soul Brake Light Switch
Works great! Please if installing this brake light switch the bolt that the two nuts tighten on in front of the brake pedal arm and behind the plate. Do not push the bolt in too far, because the brake pedal will not depress/release and will engage the brakes and when you drive will burn the brakes!

At least I am ready with a spare.
On a return trip from shopping, the cruise control failed on our 2010 Kia Soul. Nearly the whole trip, almost every car passing us shot a dirty look in our direction. When we got home, I found out why. The brake lights were on during the whole trip. That explained the cruise control problem - AND the friendly drivers. I promptly ordered a new brake light switch and disconnected the battery. After a bit of diagnosing the issue, I found that there is a tiny nub washer (not my most descriptive term) that the switch uses as a stopper. That’s when I noticed the broken nub washer on the floor. I was able to find and order it, as well. Turned out that my switch was good, after all. If it happens again, at least I am ready with the switch and spare nub washers, as they are in a four-pack!

Purchased this for my 2008 Kia Rondo EX V6 and it worked perfectly. Installation was fairly straightforward, and once it was in place, adjusting it only took a few minutes. Ok but failed quickly
Easy installed and worked right away but the B circuit failed 5 months later, triggered an error code that deactivated the traction control and ABS. Spend 10$ more and buy an oem to change it only once…
