Be sure you have an SDS hammer drill that is Max and not Plus in order for this scraper to work.- Broad 6" head that is tapered to get in underneath tiles and pop them up- Heavily constructed weighing in at 2.7 lbs. Manufacturer claims they remove all bubbles from the metal before it is poured into a mold ensuring a 100 percent bubble-free solid metal hardened tool.Unfortunately, I was one of those persons that didn't read the description clearly and received a tool that doesn't fit my Milwaukee SDS Plus hammer drill. When I look back over the listing it is mentioned numerous times and even labeled in many of the photos. My bad. So my review is for only the appearance of the tool and unfortunately not for the use. I have a rental property that I need to remove a tile floor to replace it with wood laminate and I thought this tool would be my ticket to easy removal. My plan is to still use the tool, but in a manual way with the addition of a small sledgehammer. That's not a fair way to rate the tool. Maybe I should just go buy another hammer drill....yeah that's the ticket! LOL

This item should said all specifications and dimensions to be more accurate in the purchase. Sadly I lost my money with this product due it's drive bit diameter is 3/4 inches and not 1/4.

We are removing the tile in our 80s house and went through couple of chisels already (2 to 3 inches wide). I wanted to try this one to complete the project but I did not pay attention that it is for SDS-MAX, I assumed SDS MAX and SDX plus is same so it ended up not working for our tool. It is totally my fault so definitely double check before ordering.We ended up borrowing a tool and still use this chisel to finish our project. Overall, really heavy solid chisel that is 6 inches wide that we really wished we had since the beginning of the project. We removed over 1200 sqf or tile without an issue. Keep in mind, this is not a scraper so we will have to scrape and finalize the surface prior to LVP installation but it worked great removing the tile.

Fits our Bosch Rotary Hammer - SDS SuperMax - decent quality - works fine, so far.

This chisel is super heavy and very solid made. The size is great to remove a lot with just one move so the job can be done faster. Check that is the correct one for your hammer and if it is then definitely get this chisel because this is a very heavy duty chisel that will do the job quickly and well.
