Does the 4 pack includes remote?

What ssl should you use to patch this correctly with dmx software?

Hello, not sure if this is the answer - But, with myDMX3.0 we are using the patch: Varied - U'King Led Spot Moving Head Mode 1 (7 channel); Mode 2 (10 channel)

Would this also work on the floor so it lights the ceiling?

Yes, you can put it on the floor or table and direct it toward ceiling.

What kind of clamp is recommended for this gobo? I'm a mobile dj. How well does it work in a light tree? Can it run stationary?

I'm not sure what you mean by "clamp for gobo". There is a fitting t the bottom for a "c" or pipe clamp of your choice. These work well on any trussing or light tree. The fixture is pretty small. And yes, it can be run stationary if programmed as such.
