Great for getting pure high amounts of the most important and beneficial fish oils. This product comes in two other flavors other than the original. Those flavors are strawberry and orange. Easily mixed in a smoothly or just with a glass I've cold juice. No side effects, no burping and no after taste. I have been using this product for 6+ years and highly recommend it.
