I am so happy with the customized charms I received from Dolceoro(.com) I had many Italian Link Bracelets from years of collection. I did not realize they were still being made. I received my personalized charms within a couple of days via USPS. I wasn't expecting these charms for a week from purchase date. Their turn-around is amazing!! After I placed the order, within a few hours they sent me a message with a picture of the set up of the charms. Everything was spelled correctly, and centered very nicely on the charm. I would recommend the personalized charms, and Dolceoro...no hesitation. Let's bring back the Italian Charms!!

I am a private person and would prefer not sharing my medical problem with the world.Emergency Services and Hospital Emergency Rooms request people not have bracelets that say "see medical card", because your purse may not be with you. They need to know immediately and the fastest way is with a bracelet that states your medical issue. So I had my issue engraved on these. I opted to capitalize the first letter of every word only, instead of the Medical All Caps font. Again, it will provide Emergency Services with what they need without being legible to the person standing next to be at the grocery store.It provides the necessary medical alert on my bracelet without being a glaring beacon for the world to identify me with a medical problem. I've gotten so many compliments on my bracelet and then complete shock when they get a closer look and discover it is an emergency alert bracelet.

I had been looking for a way to state my medical alert information on a bracelet, but none of the standard bracelets fit my needs. Then I saw this post for customizing a charm to add to my Italian Charm Bracelet. Perfect, because I was able to state on each charm, Alcohol Allergy and Latex Allergy. I then added a caduceus charm on each side of the custom etched charms to draw attention to them. If I am in an accident and unresponsive, these charms may help an EMT take care of me in the best way possible. I will be showing this to other people that have similar concerns.
