Definitely the most EPA and DHA you can get for the money and in the fewest pills possible. They work well, and absorb well WITH FOOD. Don't take with just a protein shake or you'll poop like a goose and have a very bad tummy ache. I recommend taking these with dinner, or whichever meals in your fattiest for the day. Taking them with food before bed has been the most effective for me. I feel like they have more time to sit in the tract and absorb better.
