After reading the reviews about the problems people had when removing the paper backing, I decided to leave it on. I just used electrical tape (applied to the side with the paper) to hold the insulation in place and had no problem at all.

Very difficult to remove paper to get to sticky side. Does not stay stuck. Sticks better to your fingers than what it’s supposed to.

The adhesive is very sticky. So sticky that you cannot remove the brown paper backing without taking the top layer of foam off leaving the product without adhesive. The adhesive sticks to the backing paper better than the foam. The paper backing is the wrong material, it should be more like a grease proof paper so that it separates cleanly from the adhesive. Would not recommend it in its current form.

The paper backing comes off in small pieces. Fix this and you have a nice product

Inaccurate description. As others have mentioned, the backing is just terrible. Product itself is not bad at all, but description says it’s 25’ in length, but mine were only 12’. So I got half of what I thought I was getting.

I got the thicker product. The paper backing that covers sticky side wouldn't come off.

Took me over an hour to peel off the backing paper because it was so thin and brittle that when you try to peel the backing off it just ripped in to tiny strips... very low quality control... they just want to make money and care less on quality.. I'd rather pay more for quality products
