They are very healthy. And although they are a bit expensive, they are worth it. They also taste very good.

I take these every day, along with other lauric acid and coconut oil sources, and I have never taken the time to post a review, so I owe them at least one post! These are great!! They are soft and don't hurt my teeth, and they are sweetnow, and no weird aftertaste. Bonus -- they also seem to serve as "food" for my other less palatable supplements, which is a bonus. Hmmmm, what else...?? Oh, my weight is steadily dropping and my body maintains a steady ketosis, and these certainly help with that. And my skin and nails and hair look good, for me. Strong, shiny, healthy. They also satisfy any craving for sweets or candies that I might get. I don't get them very often, probably due to good products like this. Ordered more today. I use two bags of 30 per month.

These are delicious. Yes, like others say, they have some ingredients that don't lend themselves to being healthy. But coconut oil is really good for you and it isn't like you are going to stick a spoon in the jar of coconut oil to eat it. Also, I get those ingredients in my diet anyway. I want to cut back on them, but I do. These are kind of great compromise. When I feel like a sweet or my kids are begging for candy, I don't feel as bad giving them these. And they love them. Baby steps. Less bad stuff, add in some good stuff, this product helps me get closer to being a better me and a better mom. If I were already super-perfect mom, maybe they wouldn't be as great... but I am not there yet.

I really like these. They are small and satisfy my taste/need for something sweet. BUT I won't buy again because I paid $11 for each bag of 30 pieces, and I ordered 2 bags. But when I was going to reorder them, the price was $22 for ONE bag. At first I thought I must have made some kind of mistake, but I checked the price a few times and it was $22. They're good but not that good. Way to turn on your customers!

I needed something to be able to get my daughter to take coconut oil for health reasons and also to help her teeth. This worked like a charm! She would practically beg for it because she saw it as candy. It tastes like caramel, hardly taste the coconut. Added bonus, it has vitamin D! which was also something I needed to start giving her.

Great tasting chew . Warning it does contain "high fructose corn syrup and sugar " which makes me question the " healthy" aspect of it . Other than each chew containing 500 mcg.of Coconut oil as it states on the bag and contains little bits of actual coconut inside the chew . Which I found tasty .I suppose it helped stave off hunger for a little while but not very long . If you're looking to try something different then it's worth a shot .

Pretty tasty. Not sure if I see any benefits from eating them. I suppose they're a good appetite suppressant? They are creamy enough and just.... medical enough... to prevent me wanting to eat them like candy, which I have a terrible time abstaining from. I eat one instead of candy, which on one scale, is a great improvement.

I think I would rather try to swallow the capsules, there is a weird texture and an unidentifiable flavor that just has me wondering if it's worth the sugar and fillers anyway.
