⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, Comfortable Support When You Need ItI picked up the Fasola Universal Arm Sling after a minor arm/shoulder injury, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s simple, comfortable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.The first thing I noticed was the foam neck pad — it actually makes a difference. I’ve tried slings before that dig into your neck after a while, but this one feels much softer and more wearable, even for longer periods. The material is lightweight and breathable too, so it doesn’t feel overly bulky or hot.It’s also very easy to adjust, which is helpful when you’re working one-handed. You can quickly change the strap length to get your arm sitting at the right height, and it fits securely without feeling too tight. I like that it works for either arm and seems suitable for different body types.

Fits perfectly on my sons arm. He is 15 and 5ft 7.Gives support to his broken elbow and is easy to adjust. Padding around neck strap really helps.

The main part of the sling is nice and comfortable, its padded which was a nice surprise. The problem was the shoulder strap was twisted and dug into my neck on wearing it.The placement of the strap before your wrist means there is no wrist support unless you use the thumb strap. This means you have to rely on the thumb strap alone. Not good if you are using this for a broken hand. Leaving limited use of the sling.

This is completely rubbish don't waste your money very uncomfortable the buckle sits under my chin just by numerous attempts to adjust it it doesn't support the rest which is essential when you have an upper arm fracture the hand hangs down completely uncomfortable
