The slats keep slipping out every now and then, plastic isn't as strong as it could be.. have had to use duck tape to help keep in place.Customer service was ok, ordered wrong parts - sent out new ones no fuss, however took their time.

Better than the slat holders that came with my bed
Better than the original slat holders as these have a bigger width and doesn't have the narrow sides where they usually break. Fits nicely to hold the slats on the ottoman leather bed I bought from an eBay shop.
