This is my second one of these. I damaged (not broke) the first trying to remove the bolts holding the blades on my lawn mower and it was too much torque and now some of the pins will not fully extend back into place. However, I still take this out when I change blades, but I just use my 9/16 socket to slightly loosen the bolt, and this removes the bolt (and adds it back) very quickly. I also use this for adding hex head bolts when I am going into wood. At times I still need to finish the job with a socket, but this saves a great deal of time. The colored coating will come off easily, but it is a tool, not a piece of art to hang on a wall, so that doesn't matter to me. I also bought one for my brother and friend. As long as you do not over torque, this saves a lot of time and energy, especially if you are doing a lot of bolts that would normally take a bit of effort going into wood.
