Perfection
This is perfect. It’s easy to blow up and assemble. Very sturdy and brings a fantastic relaxation. I have horrible hips and I use mine as a therapy to help and it does exactly that. Well worth the price. It holds water well and the bubbles are fantastic

Buyer Beware
This Hot Tub stopped heating 5 months after my purchase. Since it was within the 180 day warranty I contacted their customer service department, and while they were slow to respond, an usually required me emailing two or three times, they agreed to send me a replacement heater. Prior to sending the heater they sent a 2-minute video showing how to install the new heater. What they did not send was any instruction on how to remove the current heater. After a few more emails they sent me that video (again 2 minutes long) and not nearly enough instruction on how to remove it. After two hours of trying I realized I could not get the original heater out without ripping the hot tub to shreds. I emailed several more times asking for either more descriptive instructions or for them to replace it with a brand new tub. They have not responded since and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Aleko have terrible customer service, poor product and an unwillingness to stand behind their warranty. Buy at your own risk.

Good Quality!!!
First it is pretty heavy in a small box. It is well packaged and comes with a storage carry bag. It also comes with a cover for the pool when its not in use to keep debris from falling into the water. The quality of material is very thick and heavy duty, making it feel durable. Installation was very simple and the instructions were clear except it missed a small little step. It has a built in air pump that is used for bubbling the water as well as inflating the tub. Inflating was very simple with just a hose that connects to the main control unitl/pump and the air port which has a valve for easy inflation. There was a step that states to install the filter to the inlet port, But it did not say that there were 2 filters to install. Once inflated it feels very sturdys and holds its form very well. The controls are very simple to operate. The bubble and heat are just a button to press. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp.

Value for money. Update
So far so good. Took less than 24 hours to bring 47F well water up to 101F. Bubbles were much more powerful than expected. As expected our screen porch concrete floor is slanted away from the building for drainage and that does make the spa a bit unlevel. However, it does not affect operation. As previously reviewed the instructions are not clear on how to inflate so YouTube is your friend. We'll see how it lasts. We will spring for a real spa if this one gets enough use, but at this price point it's great to test for site and desired features. Update-We ran this tub on weekends in Minnesota until the end of October when we knew we wouldn't be able to bring it up to temp economically. We used very hard well water and had to clean the filters after about 100 hours of use, then replace completely after 3 cleanings. With test strips and Clorox brand chemicals purchased from Amazon, and filters ordered directly from the manufacturer, it was easy and inexpensive to keep the water balanced and clear. After owning a 6 person real hot tub at another home, and barely using it over 11 years we surprised ourselves at how much time we spent in this one. Liked it so much we've ordered a real 2 person hot tub from a local dealer. Bottom line-you're probably only going to get a year, possibly 2 out of this, but if you're not sure about investing in a hot tub for your site this is a good option to try before making a huge investment.

BUYER BE WARE
I have had portable hot tubs for years, I get that you get what you pay for ,but this experience was a eye opener for me. The price is right for the product for sure, I paid $400 for the tub. After 6 weeks of continuous use, my GFI outlet started to trip. I THOUGHT no problem I will plug in to a regular outlet, it has a GFI built in to the plug, ALL SEEMED good to go,running ,heating, Went to check temperature after a hour or so, heating up nicely according to the gauge, went to feel the water with my hand, and I got the SHOCK of a lifetime, LITERALLY! The tub wiring has gone bad some how internally? This tub is from CHINA! I don't know, conspiracy? Works out to $10.53 a day for 6 1/2weeks of usage. Now to the curb! No warranty, NO MORE PORTABLE JUNK for this family!

Very large, comfortable, heater stopped after 2 weeks
This is a very nice sized inflatable hot tub. It will fit 4 adults (your legs will touch) but you will fit. Very roomy for just 2. The bubbles are literally bubbles that flow in from the edges to create motion in the water. They are great for an inflatable tub although they aren’t “jets” like a typical hard sided hot tub. However they do drop the water temperature as they are pulling in outside air, so depending on the outside temperature it can cool down the water quickly. We only used it for about 2 weeks and the heater stopped heating. It will now only get to 90 degrees and not any hotter despite much hotter weather temps in the last week. We tried everything and eventually requested a refund. I’m not sure if ours was defective. It’s a very nice inflatable tub for price, but beware the heater may not last long- 2 weeks was definitely not worth the price.

First impressions are good
Today I unboxed my hot tub and so far it’s impressive for the price. It was really easy to set up and straight forward on how to operate. It was a nice size and fit on the patio nicely. I haven’t used it yet, waiting for it to heat up. It does take a while to get warmed up but that is expected based on the smaller hardware. The bubble mode is pretty strong and I look forward to getting in to feel the full experience.

It's prefect, I installed a light
UPDATE 5 MONTHS THE JUST STOPPED AND THEN THE NOTHING WOULD WORK , I HAD THIS ON A COVERED PATIO NEVER IN THE WEATHER AND KEPT IT CRYSTAL CLEAR WITH CLEAN FILTERS SO NO REASON FOR IT TO STOP WORKING OTHER THAN POORLY MADE HEATHER , AMAZON HAD EXCEPED THE RETURN ,BUT ITS HELL TO WRAP THIS BACK UP FOR UPS TO PICKUP OFF THE PORCH I GUESS WE'LL SEE IF THEY PICK IT UP OR NOT DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IVE OWN 4 OF THESE ,THIS BRAND IS BY FAR THE MOST DEFECTIVE..........Love it ,this is the small one 1 person , I've had Few hot tubs ,Hard expensive hot tubs and 3of these inflatable, this one the motor pump is built into the side, it's much quieter, and because of its size ,oval you good action from the bubbles, it's heats to 102 most of the time, 104 is too hot for me , I just use a float with a clorine tablet keeps it clean, but ,it's a small tub so a 1inch tablet is a lot , I dont leave in the tub 24h. It's to strong , I cleaned my filters 2 times a week with a water hose ,that's the key to keeping these type of tubs operating correctly, plus nobody gets in it but me

It’s OK does the job
This is my third blowup hot tub it’s the first one as well with the blower in the sidewall of the hot tub instead of the usual external heater and blower system. It is a bit quieter than the Colemans we have owned however I don’t feel the bubbles are powerful Coleman and the Salu spa just seem to have more kick, We have been using it for about two weeks. One unfortunate thing about this hot tub is that it is shipped out of the US and the filters are horribly expensive. Which is something you should research before purchasing a hot tub. Also if it wasn’t a cross border situation I would probably return it due to the lack of bubbling it seems to throw. However you make your bed you lay in it so good luck to you all it is enjoyable not as far as these hot tubs go
