Nice computer and good value for money
Bought this for my daughter as a replacement for her old computer. Setup was very easy and the computer seems reasonably quick and ideal for her needs. Screen is nice and clear and the keyboard is very tactile and easy to type on. Speed seems good and although only had it for a couple of days the computer works well All in all this computer is good value for money.

Utter 💩!!!
Super slow to set up and I am very used to setting up laptops, if you want a device that you can watch folms or YouTube forget it as it wil lconstantly buffer. However if you need a laptop to work like a laptop and have more than one app open at a time thos is not for you. The charger cable looks like a 1990s phone charger and will last less time than an iPhone charger, its also very very short so unless you are sat next to a plug socket then you need a long extension lead to help you. The camera is worse than my 20 year old dell that I put a solid state hard drive in, it was described as HD but its not even 144p. I tried to run a zoom meeting last night and thankfully I do have another laptop as it kept crashing. The mouse pad is sloppy and even after changing the settings it is still unresponsive or over responsive but you don't know which one you are going to get from one touch to the next. This device is probably only ok for your 80 year old granny who only wants one to look at emails, but as a laptop it is poor and I am being really kind with my description. I will be attempting to delete my information off it and sending it back and getting one that is a bit more expensive as I need a fully functional laptop and not a glorified email checker. Avoid buying this at all costs! If i could give this product no stars I would or maybe even minus 5 stars as it is that bad. For a new laptop it works worse than the 30 year old Toshiba laptop that I put a solid state hard drive into and it has less memory than that laptop it took me 4 full 24hrs to get all my info off this device and I wanted to send it back and set up 4 return dates but needed to get my info off and in the process I have lost for ever important documents that it deleted. DONT BUY THIS IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

An adequate workhorse
I needed to update the laptop we use to control our Community Theatre lights. The old machine was stuck on a 32-bit Windows operating system, and our software had advanced well into the 64-bit era. Like any small, local organisation, we were driven by a lack of money . And then, I found this little laptop offering Windows 11 at a very attractive price. I took the plunge. Of course, Windows 11 wanted to offer me all sorts of fading, semi-transparent display effects, along with a whole raft of widget stuff that might look pretty, but that slows down the computing bits of the system. But, the internet is full of guidance for reducing all these overheads, and for making my little workhorse efficient at the work I need it to do. And, it performs very well. The screen is crisp and clear, the keyboard is pleasant to use, and I can set up my software to operate our lights in a clear and simple way. I prefer to use a mouse as a control tool, and the software need a USB connection to the lighting rig. That takes care of the only two native USB ports, but I can use a small type C USB hub if I need to connect any more accessories. I can happily design lighting layouts on the laptop at my home 'office'. In the theatre, I have used an external HDMI display so that others can see more easily what is happening. Battery life seems very good, and the laptop is easy to transport between home and theatre. The laptop takes a while to start up. That, and the shortage of USB ports has cost it a star. But, at the price, I have seen nothing to beat this little gem.

Pile of excrement
Avoid at all costs. Don’t be tempted by the low price—this laptop isn’t even worth £20. Performance is glacial. It took 10 minutes just to find WiFi and over an hour to download my Windows profile from the cloud. Buttons and icons barely respond; using this device feels like making polite suggestions rather than giving commands. It’s like shouting instructions at a potato from across the room—a truly pitiful excuse for a computer. After realizing how unusably slow it was, I immediately requested a refund. That’s when the real ordeal began. Resetting the laptop for return turned into a three-hour saga, as it stubbornly refused to remove my Windows profile. Even accessing the BIOS required endless guesswork with no success. At this point, I’m convinced this is an elaborate scheme to harvest Microsoft logins by trapping users in a cycle of frustration and wasted time. This purchase has cost me five hours of my life for absolutely nothing.

Had a problem the first time I tried to charge it, and they're not discovered I have plugged the charging cord into the earphone plug. Oops! Once it was charged, it booted right up. However I do miss the touch screen of a more expensive laptop, and the side number pad. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

UPDATE** Not even two years old and now the trackpad has gone out entirely-the cursor isn’t even visible on the screen. Can’t seem to find a fix for it. Extremely frustrated. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I ordered this right around Christmas. The first one I got had a defect in the screen, which caused a 1/2” black line down one side of it. I returned it and got a replacement, which was nice and it came pretty quick. It seemed better and the screen is fine but I have had it for maybe a month and the battery won’t hold a charge for more than 10-15 minutes. I have to just keep it plugged in all the time. Which is frustrating because it’s a laptop so it should be mobile. Quality wise, it’s pretty cheap. When trying to reset the first one to send it back, it just kept erroring and wouldn’t reset. If/when I get a new one, I will definitely be choosing a different brand.

The Fusion is convenient and a great value. It is preloaded with features and apps. It's lightweight and simple to use. I particularly appreciate the free 90 day warranty upon registration.

The Worst laptop i ever worked with. Nothing work properly in this laptop. The battery does not last more than 30 minutes when fully charged. The clicker is not responsive. Super cheap quality.

I have letters and numbers stamped to my screen that I cannot get off. Runs slow but it works good enough.
