I have been using these for just over a week. They work well for digestion. I was taking them in the night but switched to late morning. Felt that helped much better. I wish it had a recommended time to take tgem. I also keep them in the fridge. The taste is actually really good. The texture feels like an actually candy gummy which is nice.
