Review: Love the size and glass version, but only stays frozen for single drink - I'm a fan of Host product, but have avoided trying the martini glasses because the original design are a smaller size (9oz). I jumped at getting this new design when I saw they are a larger size... I like a big martini, and these are a full 10+ oz martini glass... not just a 10oz glass that doesn't really hold a full 10oz. I also love the new glass design to use with my martinis, and the fluid in the base keeps your drink cold to the last drop. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because this design doesn't use the traditional gel in the Host glasses, and contains a more viscous fluid which melts very quickly. It will keep your big martini really cold, but by the time you finish it, the fluid will be defrosted. Other plastic & gel Host glasses I have (margarita) will usually stay frozen for 2-3 drinks. It is also a little disconcerting the first time you use them as the fluid will start to bubble as it melts and it appears as if the bubbles are in your drink. It startled me to see my martini bubbling! Otherwise, I love these glasses. I usually frost my regular martini glasses but temperatures rise as I drink using a regular glass. These glasses keep your martini super cold through the last drop! If you can get past the bubbles and single drink use, I recommend these glasses. Review: Dirty martini helper - Love these for dirty martinis…they taste better when they’re super cold. Would be great for margaritas, too. Wish they stayed cold a little longer, but I’m a slow drinker. Stylish yet functional. Got my daughter some, too, since she loved mine. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07T85MLR7 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Brand | Host | | Capacity | 241 g | | Colour | clear | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 342 Reviews | | Finish | Smooth | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00876718017421 | | Item Dimensions W x H | 12.4W x 11.4H Centimeters | | Item Weight | 0.68 Pounds | | League Name | ncaa | | Manufacturer | HOST | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1742 | | Material Features | Insulated | | Material Type Free | Lead Free, BPA Free | | Model number | 1742 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion | Cocktail Party | | OutputCapacity | 241 g | | Pattern | Solid | | Recommended Uses For Product | Home | | Reusability | Reusable | | Set Name | Host Martini Glass Set (2 Piece) | | Shape | Tumblers | | Size | 8.5 Ounces | | Theme | Wedding | | UPC | 876718017421 | | Unit Count | 9 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Host - **Capacity:** 241 g - **Material Feature:** Insulated - **Net Quantity:** 9 Ounce - **Pattern:** Solid - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Home - **Reusability:** Reusable - **Shape:** Tumblers - **Theme:** Wedding ## Images ![Host 1742 Freeze Stemless Martini Insulated Cocktail Tumblers, Set of 2 Glasses - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61DjbJAwgCL.jpg) ![Host 1742 Freeze Stemless Martini Insulated Cocktail Tumblers, Set of 2 Glasses - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61puQZfAQSL.jpg) ![Host 1742 Freeze Stemless Martini Insulated Cocktail Tumblers, Set of 2 Glasses - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716fVAJbKyL.jpg) ![Host 1742 Freeze Stemless Martini Insulated Cocktail Tumblers, Set of 2 Glasses - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61CXv68SSjL.jpg) ![Host 1742 Freeze Stemless Martini Insulated Cocktail Tumblers, Set of 2 Glasses - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gVhGkQLoL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the size and glass version, but only stays frozen for single drink *by A***N on 11 December 2020* I'm a fan of Host product, but have avoided trying the martini glasses because the original design are a smaller size (9oz).
