This smart outlet is very easy to install. It connects to the wifi with ease and has 3 different buttons in the app for all 3 outlets. Also, Alexa integration works like a charm. Moreover, it has a mechanical switch to toggle it on or off. I recommend it!

I have multiple luminary outlets in my home and love the way the application allows you to manage the outlets on and off. My wife has a Christmas village and she uses the outlets to turn the lights on and off without having to crawl under each display table to unplug devices. The outlets work great.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this outlets to convert my beds to smart rooms. Initially outlets were working great. After few months couple of outlets has stopped working. I didn't plugged in any high voltage electronic. There no support phone number available to report issue.Update: I contacted the seller and they were super helpful with my issue. After confirming the issue, they have sent me two new replacement outlets. The customer service was great and acted quickly to send me the replacement

Installation and set up were easy. We intended to use this to controll the power to our kids video games with timers, but it took them all of 3 minutes to bypass the remote shutoff by pushing the button on the outlet restoring power. So in summary it works well, but if your looking to set limits on video gaming this is not for you.

Outlets burnout if you plug in anything that draws more power than a small light or phone charger. I've tried a little 15v space heater and that burned one outlet out. I replaced it and tried a portable AC unit and it killed the outlet. Let's be clear here.... the outlets are burning out. It's not the breaker. I can literally take the device that burnt out the top or bottom socket and swap the socket, and it burns out the other top or bottom outlet haha.These are junk!If all you want to plug in are small lights or charge phones.....works fine.I promise, these things stink!

They work fine and connect like a regular dual 120VAC outlet. I liked the straight wire connection that screw tightened rather than the unreliable straight push in wire type.The USB ports work well though not high power. But the two ports get rid of a lot of chargers hanging on the walls. The WiFi control works well though I can usually walk over and turn a switch off myself :-) :-)Unfortunately, these are NOT internet enabled. WIFI works fine but just on your local network (at least for me). Internet enabled outlets are 2-3x this price. I will keep these however for the USB ports.No idea how well it works with Alexa.

Pairs quickly and isn't terrible to install but loses some functionality when using alexa. the native app lets you control the top, bottom and usb portions of the outlet which is very cool. Alexa, however, turns on/off all three whenever you tell her to interact with one of the available options. It's very frustrating to have to jump into a specific app vs being able to have all of your smart home devices use one app (Alexa)

Excelente producto. solo le resto una estrella por lo complejo del sistema en tener que conectar un cable neutro, sino fuera por eso fuera un producto perfecto, funciona genial, puedo programar la corriente, es lujoso, se ve genial de noche, funciona con Alexa, lo tengo desde hace 4 meses instalado y no tengo fallas. Lo recomiendo.
