Well designed, intuitive, pleasure to use.
Most watches try to be all things to all people, and generally require phone apps, account setups, up-sell pitches, etc. This is more minimalistic, but does what it should... and does it well. I've had numerous Garmins and have Apple Watch.. I prefer this by far.

Accuracy
Love my new Polar. Technology has improved so much in the past 15 years. I had no idea how much data is provided and how accurate the wrist band has become in measuring heart rate.

Genuinely Bad Watch
I will happily write another review about this watch (since the negative one I left in the past was removed). Either way, I would not recommend this watch. I've been a distance runner since high school and was looking for a watch to track some important data (heart rate, distance, VO2 max), and thought this would be a good watch to start with. The watch seemed nice at first, but I was bothered by the high lag when switching between watch faces. I still wanted to use it for running, so I did not return it. After using this watch for a few runs, I noticed the data given on the watch was significantly different from my phone's steps/miles. I thought, "Wow, maybe it is just my phone," so I tried a separate watch at the same time to compare the validity of the data. This watch, again, showed incorrect data, and my other watch/my phone had near-exact data. The biggest issue I've had with this watch was with my heart rate. This watch (in the correct position as specified by the guide) would show I had my heart rate in the 40s. I scheduled an appointment with my PCP the next week and confirmed this watch did not come within 30 bpm of the value seen by her pulse oximeter (>20 bpm difference sitting here while writing the review). There is, of course, a laundry list of other issues with poor quality data, bad battery life, and the app, but my point has been driven home enough. In terms of quality, this watch should not have been more than $50. I have been disappointed at each step and genuinely wish I had returned it. Even worse, I am disgusted with how my review was removed after stating the issues I had with the product. Overall, this is a low-quality product from a low-quality company; this is the kind of product you buy and ask yourself, "This does not adequately do anything I wanted in a product, why did I get it in the first place?" If I can stop even one person from buying this watch, I will consider it a win.

Does everything I want
This is a great watch. Gives me HR, pace, distance and total time and it's very accurate in each of those areas. It also gives me a ton of stuff I don't need but maybe others do, so I guess that's okay. The only thing is, it can be complicated to figure out how to do things quickly because there's a bit to remember even just to do the basics (I'm old, it's difficult :) ). I do have one comment related to something I've seen in other reviews. Several people have said the watch screen is hard to see, that it's too dark. If you play with the menu long enough you will find two different sections for screen brightness. One is for the brightness itself and you can set it at low, medium, or high. There's another menu where you can tell the watch to leave the screen brightness on permanently. When you do those two things, the screen is very easy to see, even in cloudy weather. All in all, a very good watch. I'm glad I bought it. The added ability of syncing with a 'diary' on the Polar Flow site to keep track of EVERYTHING is a great added bonus. I've even found out I'm sleeping good :)

DON'T BUY IT!
Seems to have "planned obsolescence" the watch started to have a lot of issues after having it for almost 2 years... it first started to say that the memory was full and couldn't record any more trainings... I thought the problem would be fixed by restoring it but it didn't happen and it was just the beginning of the problem, after that: * It didn't connect to my phone, so I had to reset it again, and again, and again for like 4 or 5 times... it was very frustrating * One day i tried to synchronize it again to my phone to check my past trainings and it would connect... but it didn't show me any information, as if had not used it, or done nothing. *I use it for swimming so when I do sprints, it doesn't count the laps... again as if I didn't do them... * I also swim open waters and the GPS doesn't seem to work either because it doesn't count the distance and pace at all... last time I used it today, I wasn't even swimming anymore but it went crazy, recoding a distance i definitely didn't do with a pace i wish i had, but i know i don't... (I hope i can show in the video) Going back here, I can see I'm not the only one with a similar issue, so I am very disappointed with the brand, I thought it was good... I can't use the watch anymore and I don't think it can be fixed, so it's just a waste of everything, I might need to get an Garmin instead... I hope my review helps to avoid people making the same mistake I made!!!

Decent smartwatch good value for money
Satisfied with what I got. I use it primarily to track my steps, running pace and sleep. And for what I got this is good enough. Navigating the menu wasn't the easiest and needs some getting used to. Dashboards on the app itself not as well presented as on the Fitbit app.

Love it
My fourth Polar heart rate monitor over the last 30+ years. Use for distance running. After a few weeks, so far very happy with it. Battery life seems phenomenal (36+ hours when GPS readings every 1 sec). Syncing via Bluetooth to phone app is new to me and I love it (can do when watch damp). The one I bought was a little cheaper than rack rate and came with the older style Standard-A USB cable. Doesn't matter to me, but something to watch for if you want the newer Type-C cable.

Aus meiner Sicht also kein Wertgewinn. Kein Touchscreen sehe ich als Vorteil. Die Tastenbedienung ist schnell und völlig ausreichend. Keine verschmierten Displays.
