Good product
Writting this review after almost 1 year of purchase. Till now It was working fine but got some error on display SE error and the touch stopped working. Had to call engg to fix it thankfully it was under warranty. So had to pay nothing. He replaced the touch pad and some wire strip which was otherwise costing 1500. I would suggest to go for extended warranty as u don't know when it will break down. Now I have extended the warranty for another year. Rest the product is fine.. don't buy cheap brands unka koi bharosa nahi. At least u have service for good brands.

touch Buttons stop working after 1 year exactly
Writing this after exact 1 year use Buttons have stopped working Showing SE errors because they are touch pad kind the oven is good No issue cooks everything nicely 📦 package was little damage

Pathetic and poor quality product
I purchased this Product with trust and happiness but it developed so many issues within one year only. Although the usage was bare minimum. Now its been 3 years and i have repaired it spending almost 6000 rupees but it keeps developing issues. Samsung Microwave Oven is extremely pathetic and of poor quality. Please dont buy it.

Worst product
I purchased this Microwave oven Three years, ago, but it creates headache for me. Often shows SE error. As I have sound knowledge in electronics I myself repair it to use. Do not buy MW oven of this brand.

Decent experience so far
It's only been about a week, so no issues to report at this point. Product arrived in good condition and has been functioning well so far. However though, the demo technician who visited didn't seem very familiar with the product's features and appeared unsure of the functions he was supposed to demonstrate. He also appeared to try to mislead us regarding the extended warranty which was disappointing. Other than that, everything has been fine.
