Biz 2400 II QD Duo NC Wired Headset

I really like these headphones, they have great volume control and decent noise cancellation. The sound quality and when I speak it sounds really good.

It didn’t have a mute button

Word of Caution - Please note product contains the only headset. This is QD headset and it does not contain QD to USB cable. So please remember to buy it separately. The Product is really nice. I have used in an office environment and it allowed me to take calls for longer duration without any problem. Although I am based in India, delivery was really awesome. I placed an order on 1st May and I got delivery of product on 5th May itself. Although I paid extra for speedy delivery but overall delivery and packaging experience is good. I placed an order from Rally Bargains Inc.

Bought these for the office... no complaints

I have already replaced the headset once. They were nice enough to replace my first one under warranty but the brand new replacement is just as bad as the one they replaced. customers can hear noise in my background better that they can hear me. I get many complaints that I'm breathing into the mic but then when I push it away they say that can't hear me very well. If I move my head at all while I'm talking they tell me my mic is cutting in and out. I have three Jabra QC mics set up sp I can switch them out when needed but all three of them have some issues. The other two were provided by my employer. One is a year old and the other I got brand new in May. I've replaced buy training Y cable and I've even updated the EPROM software to the latest edition. Finally, the IT dept totally reimaged my workstation and upgraded all of the device drivers to the very latest versions. These headsets have been nothing but a pain in my ***. Jabra sucks! Don't waste your money. Buy something else.

Great headset with clear sound and audio

feels great, looks great, very high quality. The noise canceling is so so for a loud environment which was the number one reason I bought it for that reason I give it a 3. I wish it was way better in that regard

El producto ha sido defectuoso. Ha sido comprado para mi trabajo y un fallo estrepitoso. Dejó de funcionar en mitad de una conversación importante, ni se oía, ni me oían. La odisea contactar con la empresa, pq es vendedor externo. El teléfono no existe y el correo aparece de empresa, pero nunca te contestaran. Valiente si haces la compra.

...so now I have to drive all the way to UPS and return the product and search AGAIN for where I can buy it. Argh!

This headset is a good device for teaching and conferencing professionals : not fancy, very simple and efficient to use. It is focusing on vocal (mic and ear speakers) only with quality and sobriety, meaning you don't want to listen to music with that, it is meant to be durable, it won't break when you travel and put it in a bag, it is lightweight, it has an USB connection and no wireless, that is what you want to avoid bluetooth connection problems, you can speak in a noisy environment like bars and restaurants with some noise cancelling technology. I do not regret switching from a Jabra Evolve 65 to this one, much less durable when traveling. I also have a wireless headphones for music.

Pratique mais dommage qu il n y ai pas un bouton décrocher sur le fil...surtout sue j ai dû mal à en trouver qui soit compatible

You have to spend more money trying to buy a specific cable that will connect it to your laptop so it's not worth buying.
