The tea is of very good quality and definitely helps calm our minds. However, we noticed that it triggers frequent urination for us. We tried drinking it at different times—during the day, in the evening, and right before bed—but it had the same effect every time. It works well for relaxation, but be prepared for extra bathroom trips.

Helps a lot with bloating, and I make one cup every night for sleep. Good value for money compared to others and increases a lot of relaxation with the health benefits. I have not found any dust, and this is my fourth or fifth purchase. I can recommend this item.

Good taste... Nice natural colour good thing is it's in loose, you can consume any time, it's has antioxidants properties boots immunity

Blue tea is not blue...was little disappointed... Taste wise just ok....

Soothing for the gut

Didn't like it. It's very powdery. This tastes and smells exactly like spearmint, it feels like they packaged the wrong herb. I used to drink fresh lemon balm tea all the time, so I confidently know what it should taste like, and this is completely different. I usually have high expectations for this brand, but I guess not every product can be a hit. This one definitely missed the mark, and I do not recommend buying their lemon balm tea

.... doesn't taste that good even with honey , infact th is no flavour in the tea .. no relaxation effect .. seems to be as good as dried garden grass ..
