Don't buy these. In fact, just avoid the beats product line.I got these as a Christmas gift. After a couple of weeks enjoying these buds, one of the buds simply broke off the ear brace piece. The plastic they use for these must be terribly low-quality because all I did was set the set down and the bud completely broke off. Of course, you can always send these in to get repaired but you need the 1 year warranty or you pay at least $60. What is that garbage? To make matters worse, the alternate earbud broke in the same exact way after I had manually fixed that first earbud.Alternate product recommendation: Philips SHS8100/28 Earhook Headphones. They don't have the volume adjustment piece (although the beats one didn't even work with my phone anyways) but they are more than durable and the sound quality is there. They're also lightweight, comfortable and sturdy to the ear. They used to be about $15 cheaper but I think people caught onto the quality of them and so the price has risen to $30 which is still fair if you ask me.
