Does the ring swivel out or is it fixed?

It swiveled out a little ways.....a couple inches out from the wall compared to standing.

Can anybody tell me the diameter of the round base where it attaches to the wall? I see the total width of the ring, but not of the base. Thanks.

What does the installation piece look like on this?

I am not sure your question, but if your question is about how to attach to wall, then they are two screws and two types of two pieces of plastic anchor,I stored the pictures in computer,however I don't know how to attach to this answer. The product is nice but it is a little larger than anticipated

The product is nice but it is a little larger than anticipated. I would not recommend for a real small bath. The product has a nice look, however, and it is not cheaply made.

Great Product

This product came in quality packaging. It was impressive to see the item in a separate box, like all quality items used to be packaged in the past. I love the style, the weight of this product, very sturdy and it was easy to install. I would recommend this product to anyone who like clean lines, polished chrome at it's best and a good product.
