Love the microwave, matches all my stainless steel appliances. The only complaint that I have.....the box was inside a larger box and the corner of the inner box was clearly showing it had been dropped. When I opened the inner box, the upper corner of the microwave was damaged. Since it was the back corner, we installed it anyway and use it and doesn't seem to have damaged it so that it doesn't work. Other then them hiding the damage during shipping, I love this item.

The microwave is the same brand as the old one it replaced. The dimensions are identical to the old one and the instructions for installation are clear. It just does not have the nice feel of the old microwave that was 20 years old and still looked and felt great when you pushed the buttons or opened the door. The unit comes with a 2 year warranty card which is a nice plus.

Just installed this microwave. Looks great and works perfectly. Not only did I save some money, I also saved a trip to H.D. because it was delivered in a couple days to my door.

I am deeply disappointed with GE. I ordered this microwave and discovered a huge dent in the side when it was taken out of the box to install. I sent it back and reordered the same model. It arrived and was taken out of the box and, unbelievably, it was also damaged. The boxes were not damaged, so it was packed that way. I never got a chance to try it, so don't know if it works well, but quality control at their factory certainly needs to be improved. Would never order this brand again.

Still figuring out the power level but it’s up and working

Easy to install. Be careful with the paper guides they are printed on thin paper and tear easy. The heat level is lower than my last but still does a good job of heating. Seems a little quiet when operating but the fan is louder, two levels. Easy to read, lights up the kitchen in blue light. Cook time is comparable to other models. This is an under the cabinets model that goes over the stove. Comes vented into the kitchen so you don't have to pull fan out of the back and reorient for a outside venting. Only 60 pounds but takes two people to put it in (placing it on the bracket is tricky and is done at an angle), and moving the stove out of the way definitely helps.
