La Guacamaya Tradicional Bottle (1 litter / 33.81 fl oz)

I tried this in Cabo and could not find it in the states. I am so hooked on adding this to all my seafood dishes. Now, I know I can find it here. It's simply a great add to your food if you want to enhance flavor without a big spice-burning mouth sensation.

This stuff is the real deal. If you don’t have any Mexican markets near you, this is a good seller! Legit.The sauce itself has a really hearty, savory taste. You can taste notes of cumin and some smokiness. It’s pretty thick too. Fantastic flavor. For people who have never had La Guacamaya before, I would say it’s like a much tastier version of the stuff you can find in the packets at Taco Bell. The flavor goes really well with salty, crunchy things.

This is my favorite hot sauce. I would have given this 5 Stars, however whoever packaged this should have wrapped the bottle and protected the lid with bubble wrap, instead of just tossing it in a box. The lid was broken off and some sauce had leaked out. Very disappointed in that, but fortunately, not much leaked out, although the cap is now detached, which sucks. Still love this sauce and have been using it for many years! I use it with a lot of things, other than Mexican dishes, including soups, mac ‘n cheese and tons of other foods.

I got back from a trip from Baja and had the opportunity to try this sauce. Seems to have Cumin spice in it and I love Cumin spice. Ordered the big bottle for a reason!!
