Brilliant love the bike. Easy to assemble. Would highly recommend for a reasonable priced electric bike.

Firstly the company are absolutely brilliant to deal with. They do something very odd, they return your emails often very quickly with clear answers and helpful advice. Their phone line also works by the way – I mention this as another manufacturer also based in the UK chooses to do neither and as a result fell out of the running to supply my ebike. I’m not normally so annoyed about these things but knew there could easily be an issue with an ebike, its battery or the electrics or even a need for support when constructing or using it and to know that there were actual people that would be supportive and reply to questions, well it mattered. There were other points about the bike I liked, lack of ambiguity about the battery, it's Samsung and it's 10.7 mah which is bigger than some, they even have had the good sense to wire in a front light (no rear light but that was easy to fix for under £10) . I have put the bike together, there is a brilliant video online and the written instructions aren’t bad. There were a few parts where what I received had been prepared for construction slightly differently to the video or written instructions. It wasn’t hard to fill in the blanks though, but I was glad I had both to call upon. I also had to adjust the disk brakes slightly as they were rubbing, but again, not hard to do. It’s early days with the bike and I will update the review if I feel there is more to add but it looks great, feels great, works as expected giving me a boost on steep hills and has a great company behind it that give genuine answers and support, so there is peace of mind too. All this for just under £800 when I purchased. I think that’s remarkable.

The handbook font is far too small as are the images and some of the video stuff could be more detailed but they're very helpful if you contact them. Nice people. Good bike.

The bike is great - no issues with assembly and rides like a dream. Delivery is quick and tracked. The merchant is a great communicator too Their customer service really is spot on. Great battery - doesn’t use a lot of charge. My hubby is well pleased and says it’s worth every Penny

This is generally a good bike for the money. Went together easily, although the instructions were not very helpful. All the electrics are pre- connected and worked without fault from the get- go. It's no speed machine but has plenty of torque for handling hills and rough grass. Battery capacity seems pretty good so far. Minor gripes are; the battery holder, which is a bit flimsy and held to the frame with three small bolts in slotted holes which means it can flex and pop the battery out if the bike falls over; the colour trim on the wheels is tacky vinyl which was already peeling off when it arrived. All in all though, I'm pleased with it and would reccomend it as a first e- bike for getting around and general fun.

I promised to leave the extra star if all went well. Well the arrival was 5 days early - can't complain. Assembly was fine once I had sorted out the wiring round the front forks. Initially I had the front light behind the handle bars so I had to take them off and start again. Carefully put the rest together, having the right tools supplied, helped a great deal. My only gripe was there was no information on how to drive it. I know that it has 3 modes but no indication of how to move between them. All in all a good purchase and great item. Thanks

Hi, so I haven’t properly tested my brand spanking new ‘Power Ride - eagle’ but I want to share something that is very important to me. After ordering a e-bike last week (expected delivery today) I woke to my bike being out of stock. I was not happy, I’m not mentioning the company but it was a cheap model. I was really sad about being let down & as off this time I haven’t been refunded. POWER RIDE saved my year. I ordered a new Eagle E-bike. Immediately the customer service was amazing. Then the boss of the company called me & offered to build & delivery my e-bike today hours after ordering. He came to my house, gave me a tutorial & was so nice. I’ll be reviewing the bike later but for my customer service experience I’ve rarely been treated so well by a business. 11 out of 10 !! Thank you so much M. Sincerely John Tandy

After some hesitation and after a bad experience with a different seller I bit the bullet and tried this one out. Bought this bike about a week ago and had absolutely amazing delivery with perfect customer service. Couldn’t ask for more from the seller who replied to my questions quickly. Been riding it to and from work and done about 40 odd miles on it. Honestly made my journey so easy and I’ve surprisingly looked forward to going to work. My only two complaints would have to be the saddle which isn’t the most comfortable but I assume you’d buy some padded shorts. And the other problem, every journey I’ve had, the chain has come off of the main crank. This is probably my own fault with how I’m riding it but it’s still really annoying. When going over bumps I can hear the chain hitting the frame of my bike as if the tension is too low. However, other than those two gripes, I 100% recommend this bike. If you buy some shorts and ride in smoother roads than me you’ll be just fine and thoroughly enjoy riding this bike
