This is great! I don’t have pets but I use this for my own hair on the rug, and it really works well. I have area rugs and as long as the rug is anchored down then you just pull the broom towards you. Keep pulling the broom towards you and all the hair starts clumping up. The hair does not get tangled on the broom, just stays in a clump to pick up and throw out. It gets up the lint on the rug also. I just pull it all towards me off the rug and onto the hard floor then sweep up. This works better than a vacuum for the hair. The handle is fine, if you twist it then it will start to come apart, but just hold it steady and it’s fine. I don’t think the handle will break - you’d have to be really strong. It’s surprising how much human long hair is in the rug, you don’t see it but when using this broom it all comes up. I’m glad I bought it.

The straight edge works great but the broom isn't very sturdy and bends under the pressure you need to pull the most amount of hair up. Good length. I have no idea how to even use the smaller handheld broom because it does nothing. Living with cat hair from three cats, this is nice and picks up a LOT. Not sure if I'd buy again or not with as flimsy as the pole is though.

New favorite cleaning tool. I must have this near when cleaning. Versatile cleaning brush helps pick up fur throughout home. Was shocked when I used it after vacuuming and saw what it picked up that I really didn't see. I have dogs and this is a game changer for us helps to use this first and then vacuum.

I loved it but after a year of light use the handle on the broom broke in half. I still use the smaller brush but wish that the broom was more durable.

I read several reviews that said the handle was poor quality among other things. I almost did not buy it because of these reviews. I am so glad I did not listen to them. The thing about the handle is that when using this broom you push and pull it in all different directions with force on carpeting to get pet hair up. When you move in all different directions the places where the handle screws together tend to losen up. This happened to me so I thought here we go with the handle going bad but upon examining it I could tell where the handle screwed together it was loose . Simple solution just tighten the pieces back together and the handle is once again strong. When using the broom be mindful that the joins can loosen and tighten them up and you will have no problem with the handle. I love this broom. I bought it for a short shag rug that the manufacturer suggest the rug be raked. I thought this broom would be almost like a rake and remove debris that my vacuum could not get out. This broom got down into the shag and pulled up all this stuff my vacuum missed. I know I was taught not to eat in bed but I do. The little brush is great for gsfhering the crumbs in my bed. This broom is a great product. Good quality and I really like the colors. I would recommend this broom. Buy it and you will be swept off your feet liking it.

4 stars due to segmented handle. Has three pieces that screw together and one telescoping piece. Very nice telescoping mechanism, would be better if entire handle was telescoping. Actual function of broom deserves 5 stars. Works great on the carpet. Pulls off dog hair that was left behind after housekeeper vacuumed carpet. Also does well transitioning from carpet in middle of the room to wood floor of the rest of the room.

I bought this hoping it would be similar to the one I see used on TikTok available on USA Amazon, but the one available on Canadian Amazon is definitely not the same. The squeegee part that removes cat hair from carpet is on an awkward ankle on the top back of the broom, and doesn't remove nearly as much hair as I wanted or expected. However the actual broom part does a really good job at collecting pet hair from hard flooring such as linoleum or wood. Instead of the pet hair clumps floating away from me with a traditional broom, this silicone broom seems to have some static electricity buildup that collects all the hair into a pile for me, even around the edges and baseboards. It's a good size, it's sturdy, I would recommend it, just not for carpet.
