Arrived crushed into little pieces.
The cookies arrived in little pieces. The taste was good, and low sugar but all cookies broken into little pieces.On the item description for ordering it states that the item can be replaced or refunded. However after receiving the item there isn't an option for replacement or refund.I was able to get a refund by navigating a maze of screens to a contact us dialog.Bottom line: I was able to get a refund without returning the item.

Yummy biscotti cookies
These are slightly sweet, a nice crispiness and a slight bit of chew. The nuts and raisin bits are plentiful and delicious. My 4 yo daughter steals these treats from me whenever they're out! A nice way to get extra fiber in my diet. The chocolate version is also very good.

Watch your expiration dates - UPDATED
It’s a great product - first time I ordered product expired 1/2023… I just ordered 10/24/22 and the product expires 11/24/22… it’s a bundle of 6 bags with three weeks to use it and it’s not returnable… will not order again…too expensive to expire in 3 weeks - UPDATED - Fiber Gourmet responded and credited my order. With a great product and responsive customer service I will definitely order again!

Broken
The taste of these biscotti are very good, the ginger flavor is mild, wish it would be a little stronger. I bought a box of 6, i only opened one bag and everyone is completely broken. I don't know how the other bags are.

Best tasting low-cal snack I’ve ever tried!
This is the best tasting low calorie snack I ever tried and trust me I tried a lot of them…most either tasteless or still quite high in calories and this is the only one I found so far that’s both satisfying and really tasty! Hope they won’t discontinue it like their other products!

Bits and pieces
I have open 2 bags of this product and in each bag of approx. 60 bites only 10 were whole crackers. The rest of the bag was nothing but broken pieces. There is no return, so I won't order this again!!!
