I’ve been using Bettervits Probiotics for Gut Health for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely felt an improvement in my overall digestion. The 30B CFU dosage seems to work well, but there’s no clear indicator to show exactly when it starts making a noticeable difference, so it took a little while for me to be sure. Still, it’s an easy-to-take supplement with no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve been feeling more balanced and my gut health seems to be improving. Overall, a good product, but a little more guidance on when to expect results would be helpful.

These probiotics have made such a difference to me and to my daughter. Previously we were taking so many extra vitamins, but within a week of taking these, we felt like our food was being absorbed properly and the supplements weren't needed any longer. No longer have that sluggish feeling. It does seem expensive, but I only need one every other day (or it gets a little windy!!), and works out cheaper than all the supplements I used to take.
