Does this have human placenta in it?

No, from what I've read it's the same chemical compounds but manufactured in lab. That would be an awful lot of human placenta to harvest otherwise. Haha

should this be used alone or in conjunction with another cream/serum?

From what I've learned in my 63 years of life is that a "serum" is used under moisturizer. You can also layer serums then apply moisturizer. This one, however, I returned because it smelled bad/unpleasant odor. The company offered to send me a new one but it never happened.

What this is made from?

You can enlarge the ingredient list on the pictured image. I thought it contained a lot of very unique ingredients. I add a few pumps to my other moisturizers before applying to my face. If, you use this product by itself, you will empty the supply in a few days.
