Teachers like the included rhymes and ideas, but storage is tight. For larger classes, pair it with a bigger flannel board or use pieces as storytelling aids. **Q: Can this help with early learning skills like counting?** A: Yes! The set includes counting rhymes (like "5 Little Ducks") and promotes early math skills. Parents and teachers love its educational value, though younger kids may need help with the pieces. The guidebook offers teaching tips too. **Q: How well do the felt pieces stick to the board?** A: We include velcro dots to keep the felt pieces securely attached to the flannel board. Families love its portability, adorable design, and educational value—it makes a perfect gift! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great familiar song puppet storiies for 3 year olds *by on Reviewed in Canada 14 April 2026* My special 4 year old busy loves each of tge 4 different song stories! She brings them out every time she visits my home! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute and Colorful, Good Quality, but Best for Small Groups *by on Reviewed in Canada 18 October 2025* I bought this felt board set for classroom storytelling, and it’s a good choice for the price. The illustrations are bright, cute, and not at all cheesy, which makes them appealing for preschoolers and Kindys. You’ll need a good pair of fine-tip scissors to cut the pieces from the main felt sheet, but they do separate cleanly with a small snip top and bottom of each piece. The only real downside is the size — both the board and figures are a bit small for large-group use, though perfect for small groups or one-on-one. Each story comes with its own set of numbers 1–5 (20 circles total), which feels unnecessary since one set could easily be reused for all stories. I’d rather have fewer numbers and larger figures. Also, pick up extra Velcro dots as there’s only one per piece, and some larger ones really need two. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Toddler loves it - Velcro hurts quality *by on Reviewed in the United States 26 August 2025* Love this! It’s super cute and my toddler has so much fun playing with it. I gave 4 stars only because the Velcro on the felt pieces tends to pull at the fabric, which is causing strings to fray and affects the overall quality. Otherwise, it’s a great toy! ## Frequently Bought Together - CHEFAN Felt Board for Toddlers, Felt Pieces Storytelling Flannel Board with 5 Little Ducks, 5 Little Monkeys and 5 Green Speckled Frogs Stories for Preschool Activities, 4 Sets - Little Folk Visuals Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do You See?
