This is a good unit that does the job with powerful fans running quietly, but the lip in front that keeps the laptop from sliding off is a bit too big for me, maybe just big enough for others. My only complaint is that the angle is too high and it doesn't let me set it lower. I release it and put something behind there to keep it from closing completely, which gives me the perfect angle.

For the price, this is a decent cooling pad. I love the height adjustment and the fan is fairly quiet. I have a new computer with a SS hard drive, so it makes no noise and generates little heat. There were no instructions in the box, but it was easy to set up and use. With the pad on the highest position, I can stash some of the cables I'm using.

This is a great little cool pad, my laptop tends to get hot when I play games and this has helped keep it cool.I really like being able to plug it into either side of my laptop easily and I love that the port not used works for USB devices so I am not losing a port.

I bought this for my laptop after the fan went out. I was worried about replacing the fan myself and my laptop kept overheating. You can't beat the value....I would make this purchase again.

Does not work as well as stated, also has a very bad smell when it gets hot or warm.
