I bought a chair to use on my deck and I love that this chair is made of resin. It is impervious to rain, it is impervious to wind, it is big and strong, it is easy to move, and it is wide enough. Its arms don't annoy me when I'm lying face down. It looks great. It fits a big guy like me, and it's white. It goes with everything. The recliner is also easy to fold and put away. That's great!

Easy to clean hose off. Comfortable! Great for people with bad backs that need support no cushion needed! Wheels work well to roll into sun and shade!

IT is real nice. it would be better if the risen was more thick But i am satisfied with it.

I am compelled to compliment the representatives at Costway for their prompt and exceptional customer service. I purchased one Moccha lounge chair from Costway and, because I liked it so much, purchased a second one. However, the back on the second one kept coming loose on one side when anyone sat back on it. It was very uncomfortable. I called Amazon to ask if the chair could be returned for a refund. Amazon said that, if I package the chair in the original box and sent it back to Amazon, they would refund my money. In the meantime, a Costway representative called me to say that they would be happy to refund my purchase amount and I did not need to return the chair. This was more to my liking since I did not have the original box. They asked me to please drop my claim first. I did not realize that my call to Amazon set a claim in motion. I called Amazon to close the claim. I called Costway to say that I closed the claim. The representative said that the refund had already been processed. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Every representative from Amazon and Costway were friendly and accommodating. As a consumer, customer service is most important to me. Amazon, as always, and Costway provided superior customer service. Thank you! I will happily continue to purchase products through Amazon and will gladly buy from Costway in the future.

Unfortunately this chair does not sit completely upright, but otherwise it is very good. It folds up compactly and is easy to carry. It’s pretty comfortable but a cushion adds a great deal.

Very flimsy construction and hard to adjust, no stiffness. I understand you are limited by what the manufacturer produces. VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE - This vender has been very responsive to my concerns. I received a very timely response and I am very satisfied with their fix. I WILL BUY FROM THIS VENDER AGAIN. They really take customer service seriously.
